MANUFACTURER'S DESCRIPTION: The MuickSandy Profold Superlite Lightweight Mobility Scooter is one of the lightest 4-wheel boot scooter in the world. It is made from super-strong magnesium alloy and has a maximum speed of 4 mph. It is ideal for those who need a lightweight and portable mobility scooter. This scooter has a very well engineered design, with clever manual folding mechanism, making it very solid and secure in use. Manual folding saves a lot of weight compared to the heavy auto-folding scooters which often are double the weight of this one. The sturdy seat frame folds flat for storage and transport, whilst still being able to carry taller/larger users (up to 125kg/19 stone) with ease. It can be folded and lifted upright, then pulled along like a trolley, holding the front bumper as a handle, whilst rolling on the rear anti tip wheels. So extremely portable as a whole, rather than needing to carry it in several sections like the dismantling scooters. Being a versatile lightweight travel scooter, you can take the Profold Superlite on trains, planes, buses, cruise ships and trams. Don’t worry about excess baggage charges, the Air goes with you right up to departure, then simply fold it down and hand it over where it will be stored safely with the wheelchairs and prams, taking the battery with you as hand luggage.
