This CarbonLite folding mobility scooter is a work of art!
And in very good condition having only covered 22 miles from new.
It is also known as the JBH 'Carbonlite', Betty & Bertie 'Zinnia Carbonlite' and Lifestyle & Mobility 'Luxe CarbonLite'
INCLUDING ARMRESTS - not shown in pics, but includes pair of flip up removable armrests, as per last picture.
Simple manual folding mechanism, it open and closes in seconds, and much lighter (and more reliable) than the auto-folding scooters
One of the lightest folding mobility scooters you can buy, weighing in at an amazing 19kgs. Half the weight of most traditional folding electric scooters, so this one can be lifted in and out of a car easily for transport, or used on a cruise ship, aeroplane or public transport, taking up very little space. When folded it's incredibly compact, but is incredibly strong, durable and solid, unlike any other.
If you have been researching carbon fibre mobility scooters, you'll already know they are VERY expensive to buy new, as with carbon fibre bike frames, as they are very complex and expensive to design and produce.
The frame is made of carbon fibre, and is a work of art to look at, with all the benefits of this incredibly strong yet lightweight composite. If Formula 1 made mobility scooters, this would be it!
Despite the sleek appearance and ultra lightweight design, this scooter is very stable and sturdy and can carry people up to 22 stone (140kg) and fits people of all sizes including those well over 6' tall.
The drive is via the rear wheels, with thumb operated wigwag throttle and ergonomic tiller handlebars with illuminated display and adjustable speed settings for ease of use. Automatic electronic braking brings you to a halt whenever you release the throttle, and it is incredibly easy to drive.
The airline compliant twin 24v 6Ah lithium batteries (12Ah total) fit into the floor, and hold charge for weeks or months, giving you up to 12 miles on a single charge.
The scooter originally cost £2995 and is being sold at just under half the new price!

The CarbonLite folding scooter delivers on the promise of what a lightweight folding mobility scooter ought to be. When it comes to selecting a fold up scooter, weight is naturally a big consideration. Folding mobility scooters are designed to fit easily into small spaces, for transport (think car boots etc). However, they aren’t always as light as people expect
And this fold up scooter isn’t just convenient for you to handle, it’s supremely versatile when it comes to getting you places. A generous 1.5” ground clearance combined with puncture-proof solid tyres let it handle a variety of terrains. The actual act of folding the CarbonLite is so straightforward. Thanks to intuitive design and the lightness of the carbon fibre chassis, you can have this scooter ready to store or ride in under a minute.
Lightweight construction doesn’t leave this model light on performance either. It has an impressive 22 stone (140kg) maximum user weight and gives you up to 12 miles range on a single charge. Naturally, the easy-to-remove batteries are air safe, so you can take your new fold away product on flights abroad. The longer-life lithium batteries on the CarbonLite folding scooter can be charged on-board or off-board – yet another convenient design aspect.
There’s no underestimating just how important reliability is when it comes to your scooter batteries. The Carbonlite uses the latest lithium-ion technology for batteries that are lighter, longer-lasting and quicker to charge.
