This scooter has a very well engineered design, with clever manual folding mechanism, making it very solid and secure in use. And manual folding saves a lot of weight compared to the heavy autofolding scooters. The sturdy seat frame folds flat for storage and transport, whilst still being able to carry taller/larger users (up to 125kg/19 stone) with ease.

It can be folded and lifted upright, the pulled along like a trolley, holding the front bumper as a handle, whilst rolling on the rear anti tip wheels. So extremely portable as a whole, rather than needing to carry it in several sections like the dismantling scooters.

Being a versatile lightweight travel scooter, you can take the Atom on trains, planes, buses, cruise ships and trams.
