The Pride Go Go MG2 Lightweight Mobility Scooter is one of the lightest 4-wheel boot scooter in the world. It is made from super-strong magnesium alloy and has a maximum speed of 4 mph. It is ideal for those who need a lightweight and portable mobility scooter.
This scooter has a very well engineered design, with clever manual folding mechanism, making it very solid and secure in use. Manual folding saves a lot of weight compared to the heavy auto-folding scooters which often are double the weight of this one. The sturdy seat frame folds flat for storage and transport, whilst still being able to carry taller/larger users (up to 125kg/19 stone) with ease.
It can be folded and lifted upright, then pulled along like a trolley, holding the front bumper as a handle, whilst rolling on the rear anti tip wheels. So extremely portable as a whole, rather than needing to carry it in several sections like the dismantling scooters.
Being a versatile lightweight travel scooter, you can take the Pride Gogo MG2 on trains, planes, buses, cruise ships and trams. Don’t worry about excess baggage charges, the Air goes with you right up to departure, then simply fold it down and hand it over where it will be stored safely with the wheelchairs and prams.

This scooter was bought with the intention of being used for foreign travel. It was tried once in the showroom, purchased then taken home, and kept for an intended holiday, However, regrettably the trips away never happened, so the scooter has only been used once or twice. It was bought new from Eden Mobility in January 2025, and kept just in case the circumstances would allow it, but regrettably it is now unlikely to be used.
Despite not being used, the battery was charged at least once or twice a month to ensure it remained in peak condition.
The battery test shows it is maintaining 29.66v after charging which indicates full health. The batteries charge at 29.4v, so ideally should hold similar voltage. If they indicate 28v or below they are considered old and/or weaker, but this one holds charge at 29.66v which is maximum capacity, and as good as when it was new.
The 10Ah battery is cruise ship and airline compliant as it is less than 300Wh (watt hours). It is rated at 265Wh so compliant for travelling overseas.
Condition is pretty much immaculate, as it was barely used. The scooter cost £2495 and is pretty much as new, now selling for over £1000 below the new price. Grab a bargain.
